Important!

For most healthy adults up to 400 milligrams (mg) of caffeine a day appears to be safe. That's roughly the amount of caffeine in four cups of brewed coffee, 10 cans of cola or two "energy shot" drinks. The actual caffeine content in beverages varies widely, especially among energy drinks.1

Using this tool will give you an accurate measurement of your daily caffeine limit which varies widely based on age and weight. Studies have concluded that 6mg of caffeine per kg of body weight appears to be safe for most adults. 2
For children studies were conducted on multiplte ages.3
